They're supposed to be level 50+, right? @Super Whatsit Superbase passcode (Excelsior) is "passcode-6475" It's all a Nemesis plot. But not everything is a Nemesis plot!
Apparition Posted February 2, 2020 Posted February 2, 2020 No. The ones around the Vanguard base are all level 35-40. It would be difficult to finish Levantera's missions otherwise, which are level 35+.

It seems I've been ambushed before when I flew too low a few times!? Edit: I found some 50+ near the mothership! Yay!
