Valentines' Day Event and Dimensional Warder Badge

First Dimensional Warder Badge, I just completed the Maria Jenkins story arc, and when I went to Null the Gull to see which Praetorians I had left to defeat, it showed that I still needed to defeat Bobcat, which was one of the first missions in the story arc.  I did defeat Bobcat, or else the mission would have not ended.

 

Then I went to Pocket D, to do some Valentines' Day Event missions, but when I tried to talk to Ganymede or Jessica Duncan, they told me to come back when I don't have so much going on.  I do not have any mission in my task area, I have no tip assignments, I was not in TF mode, AE mode or in Ouroborus mode.

 

I have no idea what to do about either one of these problems, please help!

Can't help with the first. For the second:

 

It's likely the V-Day missions are treated as a story arc, and there is a limit to the number of open arcs you can have at one time (3 or 5, can't recall off the top of my head). Check for the book icon beside your contacts - even if you don't have a current mission for them, if they have a book they count against the number of open arcs you can have.
