been working on this toon a bit and found out that ninja is not the best but it works well enough to do what it need to do I would like to blap and was wondering if this achieves that goal. I noticed that the vorpal radial incarnate gives a +def but unlike the others(in the tree) it seams that its there all the time: not after the power is used for 10ish secs. Is this a typo or not? if its not then wow that a good buff.

i think it is a 10sec buff, otherwise everyone would just use that thing and not spend millions of influence on their builds 🙂

It's a 10 second buff. You can't depend on that for a blapper build, you'll have to redo the build entirely to add in permanent Defense, I'm afraid.

Here's a build I made, pretty durable, last two powers are your choices, should be able to kill things quickly and have great AOE.
