I have looked for something similar and cannot find anything. i am looking for an Energy/Time Build. I do not like villain epics and will use Energy Epic. Not sure i need Haste? Hover stealth CJ. Am going to use Invisibility as i solo a bit and fly. I doubt i will have room but love supahfly afterburner. Manuevers? I am thinking fighting pool as set mule for +6 global def procs and weave? i have enough inf to really build this thing up. Already have base ATOs and overwhelming force slotted at 24. But chasing ranged defense is throwing me off a bit and bow to do it efficiently i will post my hardscrabble effort later. Unless someone just slaps “the build!” Up here first. Please!
