Any chance of ever getting the permanent Costume powers back?

Back before the purge of COX, I was lucky enough to win a code for the Rikti Mentalist costume. It was a perm costume. I was able to pretty much use any AT and pretend to be a Rikti. So any devs who may be reading this, is there any chance of getting these costumes back? Maybe in the AH?

Yeah I had a PDD hard shell myself and would pay handsomely for some Carnie ones. Im sure they are functional, just waiting to be used, they could sell them as Temps as a gold sink, I would pay 10 mill or so a month for one.

 

Or even as a donator reward :P

There will not be donor rewards, from what I read. But being able to buy them from the P2W vendor or do certain missions to unlock them is a great idea, Jag!

I remember them as well, I had a PPD Hardshell, not to mention a Banished Pantheon Shaman during a Halloween event (and there were a bunch of other costume reward powers as well during that Halloween).  Plus there was also a Freakshow mission where you get surrounded by their tank armor... as well as the lowbie mission in Atlas Park where you get turned into a Hellion.

 

I recall reading something on Discord about coming up with new exploration badges.  Who knows, maybe they could tie certain of these costume powers to acquiring a specific collection of Exploration badges.
