I don't even care about your resistance on a dom with little hitpoints. I'm aggravated by the fact hit took blaze at 44 and two slotted it. LOL oh and he two slotted fire blast and six slotted fire breath. I am dead weak. Please don't use this build. One you're nowhere near achieving permadon, End usage is horrible. You aren't going to be doing much damage. This is what annoys me. People where preach so much about trying to soft cap def and resists that they forget about what actually makes a dom. If you wanna do low dam and have high resists just go make a tank and crowd control through taunt,

mbre2006 Posted February 25, 2020 Posted February 25, 2020 (edited) With this build you can skip consume since end is not going to be an issue, All your control powers are greatly enhanced for long mez duration. Great damage bonus. Perma dom. Pop unleash potential and defense goes up greatly. So here's what I like about Unleash potential. Pop it with unrelenting which will also help with recharge (and dam/regen/recov and acts as a self rez) which you can use early in your career and you've become boss level.
