How tough would it be to set up a site that gives you: A) Is the site down? Yes/No. B) Is this downtime planned? Yes/No. C) A basic guesstimate/expectation for how soon the server will be back up? Expressed in Eastern or GMT? If you want to be godlike, pick anything. If you want to be GOD, pick a TANK!
