having some fun with this guy lately, figured i'd share... its an expensive build but worth it imo. it's a proc focused build that pulls damage out of thin air!

I dig it. 

A little light defensively, but depending on play style, that might not matter.

 

Having played it, whats the typical power rotation look like?

 

Anything left standing after an opening salvo?

 

Does the damage proc in Explosive Shuriken only proc on the primary target, or can it proc on the splash damage it does too?

Your final chance to hit against +4s is between 55 and 66%, except Masterful Throw.

Your final chance to hit against +3s is between 68 and 82%, except Masterful Throw .

 

Do you overcome that with Incarnate Abilities?

Thats a good point, is there a quick way to check your accuracy against +4 mobs in mids? or did you do this off the top of your head?

Options->Configuration

Exemping & Base Values tab

Base To-Hit (set the value)

 

Set it to 39% for +4

Set it to 48% for +3

Set it to 56% for +2

Set it to 65% for +1

Set it to 75% for +0 (default)

 

Now, when you look at any power in the "Info" tab, the Accuracy number will reflect this.   Accuracy in the Info tab is best thought of as "final chance to hit".
