Mystic Flight/Translocation slotting question

Sometimes when I level up, I see a message that says "Translocation will have an additional slot." Since I only have mystic flight, there's no way for me to use those slots is there? I have to pick up Translocation to see them... correct?

I believe that message is erroneous.

Yeah translocation is not enhanceable.
