So, I started playing a BS/SD Scrapper, and he's pretty fun. I'm working on his final build now, but I've only mostly done Tankers and Brutes. Not really sure how to build for Scrappers, so I put something together and came here seeking advice. I think that there's a lot of places where I'll be able to put Achilles's Heels, but I didn't do that with this version because I'm not sure where/how many I should include. It seems like almost every attack from Broadsword could take one.

 

Anyways, have fun showing me how and why the build is awful. Thanks in advance!

I'd try and get more out of Deflection, maybe ditch Grant Cover, and swap Maneuvers with something more useful if you're just using it as a LOTG mule.

What would you suggest switching them for? When I was choosing powers, it seemed like I had too many powers to pick from, and so I just took some so I'm wide open to suggestions. My thinking was Grant Cover and Maneuvers would be good to have for team buffs. I'm not really trying to off-tank with this character, more like just play with a team, and maybe solo some GM's some day.

One could be Stealth or Invis, those can mule as well.

 

Grant Cover costs less endurance and provides a bigger benefit to teammates. There are no wrong answers, just trade offs.

Grant cover provides Defense Debuff Resistance  and Active Defense is your Mez protection. Getting your Melee/Ranged/AoE defense all to 45 eliminates the need for Parry use in general play until you start to get debuffed. I might move some sets around, but this my first pass with expensive IOs.
