On live (and when I tested this before on homecoming several months ago) if you had the Kismet unique io in, for example, stealth, when you activate stealth and then deactivate it, the tohit buff would persist for another 120 seconds. The description for the io even states so.

 

However I just tested this again and now the tohit buff disappears as soon as stealth is deactivated. The description still states that it lasts for 120 seconds. This may seem minor but it does have implications for detoggling for endurance management.

 

I haven't tested the other io's that follow the same sort of rules, such as the numina and miracle uniques. I also haven't tested how it works in non-toggle powers.

I tested Numina’s this morning after reading this, which I have in Rad’s heal, and the effect persisted after the power had activated. So it looks like that is working fine.

 

Have you done a thorough check of the combat attributes? If you switch it on for a second and immediately switch it off it disappears instantly?

Also what AT are the you playing, what level are you and what level is the enhancement?

 

I don’t have any experience of Kismet in any powers unfortunately.

My understanding was that is working as intended, at least to my memory even back on live. The "120 second" type (Kismet, Numi, Miracle, Celerity, etc.) in a click you get the 120 seconds.  In an auto it is always on.  For a toggle it is only while the toggle is active.  The most noticeable example of course are the +stealth ones. 

 

I guess they could have programmed the +stealth ones to work differently just to deal with the escort issue and I just assumed it was consistent across all of them though.
