Fire/Rad Corr or Fire/Atomic Blaster?

I have a desire to re-roll my main from live, but after doing some light research I've found that Fire/Atomic has insane DPS output. Anyone have experience with both? I'd love to have a good "ranged all rounder" toon to run with.

 

Fire/Rad Corr was exceptional at that on live, because I could team or solo, but I'm wondering if Fire/Atomic is just significantly better. I don't see a lot of discussion about either.

Both are great with the right build.  The only benefit to rad it has stronger debuffs but my blaster is one of my favorite toons.  Maybe roll one of each?  Or pair something else up with the rad or blaster if you didn’t want two fire blast toons.

The Atomic secondary on Blasters is better suited for blapping than ranged.  If you want/like to get into melee, then it's a strong pick.  But if you want to stay at range, I'd lean more towards the Fire/Rad Corr (given the choice between only those two options).
