Video uploads in regards to the forums.

I understand uploading to YouTube or Streaming is not permitted, but are we allowed to post gameplay to the forums? An example would be for a guide, or community challenge. Are these forms of uploads acceptable?

You mean if you keep it as 'unlisted' status on Youtube (not public) which also makes it so you cannot monetize?  Only people with the direct link would be able to see it (like these forums?)

No, just directly uploading a recording of gameplay directly to the forums. No links from YouTube.

I assume there are really small attachment size limits unless you render it down to very low quality or keep it really short.
