From my point of view: Any power not recharging is being under-utilized. So use 'em! And if there is no room in your tray, you are missing out on free insps. So use 'em! Just makes sense from a utilitarian standpoint. (Not Randian Objectivism, they don't play superhero games. Reference Zach Snyder.) Disclaimer: Not a medical doctor.
