Katana attacks, which are skippable?

 In particular I'm asking about the T9. In fact, which T9 skills are skipable on all scrappers?

Of the attacks, I skipped Sting of the Wasp and Flashing Steel on my current Katana/Dark Brute. You could skip Golden Dragonfly, of course, but it's your highest DPS attack and does knockdown for mitigation. It's a good attack to have.

That's what i was wondering. Thank you. I know some T9s are said to be kinda sucky

On my katana/WP I took flashing steel for low levels and it is a decent filler for aoe on teams while lotus drop is recharging; if I had a damage aura I would have skipped flashing
