Zeraphia Posted July 17, 2020 Share Posted July 17, 2020 This has come up a few times, just stating the broad "normalize recharge times" without mentioning which powers in specific you'd like to see reduced doesn't give much to go off of. Some control powers IMO are just fine as is... That said, there are definitely a few (Mass Confusion) that could definitely use the recharge reductions.
