Impish Kat Posted May 23, 2019 Posted May 23, 2019 You can resize your pictures manually by setting a height or width parameter within the first image tag. Use the Insert Image as usual to insert your picture url. Then use the Toggle View (blue arrow in red brackets) to see the tags. [img=picture url] Go into the first tag and add a parameter like this: width=600[/b]] Voila! you have resized your picture. Neat thing, we can click on the picture to toggle the full size. I'm sure there are other ways of sizing pictures before posting, but this is how I do it directly in the forum.
Impish Kat Posted May 23, 2019 Author Posted May 23, 2019 Thanks... Now I just have to figure out how to load pictures as attachments, like I used to. Does this forum not store images locally?
_NOPE_ Posted May 23, 2019 Posted May 23, 2019 Thanks... Now I just have to figure out how to load pictures as attachments, like I used to. Does this forum not store images locally? You can upload them to be stored locally, but ONLY if the size is 65x65 or smaller. You're better off hosting remotely, then the forum autosizes the avatar for you and it can be any size. I'm out.
Healix Posted May 23, 2019 Posted May 23, 2019 I LOVE Imger, and pretty much use that exclusively for uploading pics to here. I't's easy, and you can resize/edit them in Imger before posting. https://imgur.com/upload Forever grateful to be back in my city!
