Sooo if I slot PerformanceShifter:ChanceFor+End into Consume ...  is that a chance to proc for me on x-hits, or will it actually proc for enemies? or will it proc at all?

Has a toon of EVERY prim/sec combination(2062)

Ahh k thanks

https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Performance_Shifter:_Chance_for_%2BEndurance

"Crafted version: Gives a 20% chance of granting the powers target a small infusion of endurance.

Store-bought version: Gives a chance of granting the powers target a small infusion of endurance. This effect will trigger roughly 1.5 times per minute.

This enhancement adds a chance to restore 10% of the target's maximum endurance. This effect will only work on friendly targets."

But yea a simple EndMod would be more reliable ... probably gonna 5slot PerfectZinger (for set bonuses) anyway.

I think all the procs are now on a per min basis.  So even slotting in stamina that is every 40 seconds an extra 10 endurance that is assuming the same rate of 1.5 per min.  Consider that outside of global buffs going from 2 IOs to 3 in stamina only grants you about 0.07 per second, that translates into 2.8 over that 40 second time frame.  Even going from unslotted stamina to one lvl 50 IO adds 7.2 over that same 40 seconds.  If you are fighting the whole time the proc is still better long term it is just more bursty.

There is a lot of misinformation here.

1. Slot performance shifter into a passive that takes endurance modifications like Stamina and it will passively tick, much, much more frequently than once per 40 seconds.

2. There is another IO, very similar to that one, but much better, because it ticks much more often and combines a free proc endurance AND heal, called Panacea: Chance for +hp and recovery. Slot this into your health slot, and be amazed as this will single handily make a massive difference in very endurance hungry class combos, especially while leveling; the passive heal is also noticeable because of how often it ticks.

This IO can be used as early as level 7, as it has a level 10 recipe.

3. Both performance shifter: chance for recovery and panacea: +hp and recovery should be bought at the lowest level possible or attuned, because they have the exact same effect regardless of level as they are based on the % of your endurance etc.

4. Other 1 slot wonder IOs to help with a character that would otherwise be unplayable without support are Miracle set and also Numina’s set, which both have a single IO that you can put in health or a healing power that will passively give you extra endurance recovery (Numina gives health too)

5. An optimal setup that can be used early on is to 3 slot stamina and 3 slot health.

In stamina - Put performance shifter: +chance for endurance and 2 endurance modifications

In Heath - put Panacea: +chance for hp and recovery, miracle: +recovery and Numina: +recovery/HP

While this may be expensive, it will literally make the difference for an endurance hungry set like fiery aura brute to be able to spam moves and all toggles at level 25 (or sooner) and literally stay endurance capped.

6: If you have other powers that also have passive endurance recovery, like quick recovery or a blaster power that also gives +endurance recovery, you can add extra performance shifters: + recovery etc and have even more ticks going off and adding up to very large amounts given back constantly.

7. Performance shifter and Panacea will give you an actual amount of endurance in a single tick, like 10 for performance shifter and 8 for Panacea etc, where as Miracle and Numinas will both add to your natural recovery rate.

8. If you can only afford 1, then buy Panacea hands down, no contest, then proceed to make any class awesome with no issues and add what you need from there. Yes, it is expensive, but so worth it.

9. These IOs that I mentioned, will always be on, even if they say they work for 120 seconds, if slotted into passive slots like Stamina and Health. Some, or maybe all do not give you the effect when slotting them into active powers, like a click heal, or a click endurance recovery move etc

You can check this, by selecting the Combat proficiency word on the powers tray and looking at your sources of recovery under the +base tab.

Otherwise, click on the combat tab in the chat window and you will see the actual tick of endurance show up in that tab’s chat log.

Thanks for taking the time to post that, Pwnmonster.  8)

Yea, I put PerfShift into Consume for a bit and never saw the tick from it. Also had a future one planned for MuMastery:StaticDischarge, but (being an attack also) if it never gets much chance to proc then what's the use.

Also being able to attune our own enhancements now is hands down the BEST ADDITION TO COH ... can actually assemble my build as I do storylines rather than the ol' hoard scrap and PL to 50 so can finally "play the game".  ;D
