Caltrops and Targeting Drone

If I'm running Targeting Drone and toss out Caltrops, is Caltrops to-hit affected by the Drone?  

I assume not, but wanted to check.

Pretty sure caltrops does zero - to hit, not sure why you'd think targeting drone would apply anything other than +to hit to your attacks.

Ah my bad i misread that totally, caltrops doesnt require an acc check as far as i know so it wouldn't be affected by targeting drone.
