Emp/Rad build?

[Misguidance]

(I accidentally posted this in General Discussion, so I'm re-posting it here!)

 

I'm sure there used to be a site or page somewhere that had good advice for building defenders.  I used to have it bookmarked but that was 2012...  ;)

 

Anybody know a good resource for making sure I have my emp/rad slotted properly? I'm not doing badly (that I know of) but I'd like to have a point of reference and I'm having difficulty tracking anything down.

Same here looking for EMP/RAD guide/build - slotting is the issue as well as epic/ancillary powers that are most useful...

Not sure if it'll help but here's my Emp/Sonic build. I used to be Emp/Rad, but the -res debuffs are just too good and you can't abuse procs on Neutrino Bolt anymore since the PPM change.
