UP, and LEFT arrow keys?

In game, for some reason today, I had to change my LEFT arrow key bind to UP, and vice versa, in order for them to work normally.  Now, I use a Razer Nostromo game controller, which has been just fine until today. 
The programming software has the keys defined to match the definitions in-game, but the functions don't.  It was fine last night (and has been since the original iteration of the game), and today I hit my UP arrow to go forward, and I'm spinning in circles.

 

Anybody else seeing anything like that?

Did your device get an automatic patch applied to it, perhaps?  What does your system's patching logs show?
