Hi, recently built out a fire/rad corr.  T3'd interface (-hp), hybrid (assault) and alpha (agility) with the large lore longbow pet.

 

I want to solo Scrapyard.

 

With the pet out, I'm able to take him down to about 50% but if he kills the pet I can't do much more than maintain.  End is an issue for prolonged fights and certainly exasperated by using EM pulse.

 

Has anyone taken down Scrappy with a fire/rad?

There are way better builds than this one out there but it works for me. Hover over the GM stick the toggles on and stick to your single target attack chain. I took powersink because the endurance is so rough on rad's and i'd rather run barrier/clarion than take a tier 4 ageless on every alt. Its not at 45% ranged defence til you drop the toggles. Burnout is there for when i die-and i do, so i can rez click it and cast hasten and AM right away. Theres lots of fire/rad builds if your prepared to look for them in the forum and you should be able to solo all the gm's without your lore pets as lingering rad will kill the regen on whatever you face:

I dropped choking for gm/av soloing, its fine on teams that provide end/recovery buffs and manageable once you have a tier 4 ageless but if you planned on any other destiny its a pain to run without something like conserve power/powersink. The build you posted has it procced out with 0 end red/acc and once you turn on enervating and RI i don't see how you can run it during a long fight without temps like the recovery serum. Theres a lot i don't like about my own build i hate having hover with no fly speed in it but theres some things i hate more-slotting thunderstrikes/artillery sets just to get ranged bonuses as neither sets gives any recharge or hp bump so i often sacrifice a little defence to get a better set in. The above build has some things i'd change-the 6th slot in blazing bolt does nothing for you. Blaze has 0 damage procs. Enervating i like 2 end reds in especially when running non incarnate content/exempting. I can't play toons with no leadership its not just for the team buffs they give which stack with other players its mostly for the tactics as i hate missing attacks. With rads i want perma hasten and AM without agility alpha so i have more options and i don't want to be forced into ageless for the same reason. Corruptors running clarion are so much smoother to play i don't have to search my tray for break free's every other mezzer. Beauty of the game is that you can play any way you want, get any AT/powerset combo to work and have so many options. I like to have as many as possible open to me especially when you get into the endgame but you sometimes have to sacrifice some stuff to get there, in my case its a tiny amount of defence and combat jump and hovers fly speed but i'm always looking to move a few slots about to fix it. Right now powersink is way overslotted for almost no benefit so i'm still working on the toon.

I don't run choking cloud during the GM fight (attempt).  Thanks for the other feedback, I often get too caught up on making sure I cap some set of defenses.  I can probably lower those to around 20% each with RI being so powerful.  This should free up some other things.

I don't mind taking agility.  I did proc out my single target attacks.  Will give it a try later.  Thanks for also noticing the 6 slots in blazing bolt, was an oversight.  Replaced the 6th with a proc.  So was the BotZ in AM.  I also didn't realize EF was so end heavy so I did double up on the end redux there as you suggested.

 

I still want the procced out Choking Cloud.

 

Will share the results.

Looks good i especially like the way you fitted in a procced out flares i never thought of that. No reason it shouldn't be able to solo scrappy and all the other Gm's. Grab the recovery serum temp from P2W before you try it makes all the difference.
