Problems in Mayhem Missions

1) Difficulty slider now raises the level of OBJECTS (cars, parking meters, etc.). This was never the case before.

 

2) Players often do not get the "Key Unlocked" notification and often do not get the thumbtack on their map that shows the newly opened side mission.

 

3) These bugs show up in Safeguard missions as well.

 

Edit: 4) The duration on the "Claymore" temp power, from the weapons deal sidemission, is 29 MINUTES.

I noticed a new bug:

 

Villain side newspaper missions award 2 Vanguard Merits upon completion. No, there's no Rikti in the mission at all.

Are you sure you weren't just under the effects of the Veteran Vanguard Agent day job that grants 2 Vanguard Merits on mission completions?

That ^^^ might be caused by the Vanguard day job.

Yep. I just checked and realized that's exactly what was happening. My character had been logged off in the Vanguard base and had the day job bonus.
