This was never the case before. 2) Players often do not get the "Key Unlocked" notification and often do not get the thumbtack on their map that shows the newly opened side mission. 3) These bugs show up in Safeguard missions as well. Edit: 4) The duration on the "Claymore" temp power, from the weapons deal sidemission, is 29 MINUTES.
