Lost Recipes and influence - Map server error

I was in atlas park, and bought the cheapest (4) purple recipes i could find, cost me about 40 million. Then i went to the recipe tab to see what salvage i would need and got a mapserver error. i logged out, then logged back in. All 4 purple recipes are gone and so is the influence i used to purchase them.  Quite annoyed and not sure what to do. It's on this game account, Character Captain Cookie

Network errors happen.  I'm sorry that occurred right in the middle of a sale for you.

 

It sounds like the disconnect happened immediately after claiming them.  If the Inf was spent, you SHOULD be able to open the Auction House and find the recipes that you purchased.  Check all the tabs again, the recipes might be waiting for you to pick them up in a Storage or Bought tab.

Unfortunately nothing in AH or inventory.

Are you sure you bought recipes and not the actual enhancements?  People have made that mistake, and the reverse, many times.
