Looking to build a Solo Defender

I really like my Time/Sonic solo.  Great debuffs and buffs.  Only issue is there isn't a ton of AoE in Sonic.

Howl Shockwave and the Nuke are the first 3 I thought of for AoE

Almost, there's one more --> Siren's Song.  And to 'add' to the misery neither Shockwave or Siren's Song carry the -resist debuff.  Apparently adding KB and Sleep are sufficient to make it too much to retain the -resist.
