Evolving Armor

Hello, 

 

I was just playing my Staff/Bio Scrapper and I noticed that, despite having Evolving Armor 3 slotted with 3 Reactive Armor IOs at lvl 25, the res I am getting is zero. Checked the power description and, for what I understand, I should be granted a small amount of res upfront that grows for each enemy nearby. I checked and yep, the part for the nearby enemies seems to work but when alone, I got sero res to Fire / Cold / Energy / Negative. If it is working as intended, then I guess the text on the power info should be corrected because it leads to misunderstanding. If not, well, I hope it can be checked up soon.

Mmmkay, it seems that the fixed res is given when nearby enemies and then there's a small percenteage per enemy in range. The desctiption of this power is VERY misleading though, ah fuck this
