Musculature Radial Paragon bugged?

So just got my INV/SS T4 Musculature Radial Paragon and now every time I use Foot Stomp or Haymaker critters are knocked way back vice knocked down as they do with it unslotted. Never had to put a KB to KD IO in Foot Stomp before.

 

Edit: So by unequipping  and equipping it again fixed the issue.

Are you sure you weren't fighting enemies below your level (or incarnate shift)? KB magnitude is increased if you are.

They were level 50s and flopping like level 1s.

And you were 50+1 (or higher), meaning a higher level than them, meaning Knockback was increased.

Yes, but it only changed when I went from T3 to T4 and corrected itself when unslotted and reslotted.
