Well, grumble.

I've posted a few times about using /visscale to set a better distance range, balanced between your system's capabilities and your visual pleasure. Default is 2, and setting it just a little higher really reduces the "continually appearing objects" mode when you're moving fast.

So I added F10 = visscale 10 to my bind sets and got in the habit of whacking it at the beginning of each session. Then I notice it wasn't resetting to default any more, so one setting was perma; I erased the bind.

Now it's back to defaulting to 2 with every session.

Is it perma or not, and why does its status keep changing?

I totally did the same! I have a macro command in my power tray set to /visscale 3 because I've found it is not persistent. I'm not sure if it's perma honestly, sometimes I need to click it sometimes I load in with it already set. Really odd!

Can i ask you (Shenanigunner) to post a link to the earlier visscale  thread? I tired to find it in your history, but you are too frequent a poster for that to work. I'm curious how to use this.
