SuperPlyx Posted February 4, 2021 Share Posted February 4, 2021 So pretty sure I am overlooking something obvious, but looking at Mid's Corr /nature affinity and I see lot of powers the give stacks of Bloom. Many of your powers place a Bloom effect on you and your allies. Each stack of Bloom boosts healing effects on the affected targets by 4% for 30 seconds. Bloom can stack up to 5 times."
