Scrapper Critical Chance Maxxed Out

Has anyone tested their scrapper with the critical chance proc being the sole +rch enh in a power and achieved significantly more proc than having the full scrapper ATO set slotted?

Just wondered how effective this is, esp in AoE attack.

put it in Eagle's claw on a /Ninjitsu scrapper 

 

That should be the highest crit chance a Scrapper can create for a couple attacks
