Temporal Tsunami Water/Time Blaser Build Help I want to slot everything!

So I'm open to changes on this build but the theme means I would like to keep vengeance.   Character Bio 

 

"As the waves crashed down over the city of Atlantis the High Priestess Agrala held the time crystal to her breast and swore that she would have vengeance on those that did this to her and her people. "

 

The problem is ... well I really want to slot everything!  Also when powers have many effects I get lost with which sets to use.  Please help!

Skipping your nuke is a bad idea. Chronos + Tidal + Nuke is an amazing combo (Geyser hits even harder with 3 Tidals and Tidal Forces give you 3 Tidals automatically). Steam Spray is one of the better cones in the game too. 

 

Here's mine, you could easily avoid Ice Epic if you preferred (big thing for me was capped Ranged Def + the survivability Temporal Healing + Dehydrate + Hoarfrost gives me). But if you want Vengie then pick Mu or Mace or whatever and just go for the Shield. Then you've two spots for Tactics & Vengie. 

 

Proccing out Water Jet makes sense too (slot for acc & max damage 1st, then 2 damage procs). That's because its 3 Tidals thing is an instant recharge, so you get two pops at procced up jet if you cycle correctly through your powers.

Awesome that's super helpful. Switching to my main I'm not sure how I was logged into my Alt account strange. 

 

Has anyone tried teleport with this set? I keep eyeing combat teleporter and fold space and they seem like they would drive pretty well with this match.

You're 6-slotting a lot of powers that really don't need to be, presumably for the set bonuses. You would be better served putting those slots in your attacks.

  • Time Lord doesn't need more than the base slot. Since it only provides 7% energy resistance, enhancing for damage resistance doesn't get you much.
  • Not sure why you're slotting Temporal Healing with Synapse's Shock. It's a toggle that provides an endmod and absorption buff to you. Accuracy, damage and recharge are completely wasted. Your best bet is a healing set.
  • Maneuvers only provides 2.275% defense to blasters. 6-slotting it only increases that to 3.55%. Not worth the slots.
  • Gravitational Anchor is nice, but not sure what you're going for with Electrifying Fences. AoE immobilize with -kb isn't really useful for Water.
  • If you've already got the -kb IO, I would skip Acrobatics.
  • Time Shift has a 20% accuracy penalty. Power needs to hit for the procs to go off, although I don't really see the point in slotting those. Slot a stun set or skip the power.
  • Agree on not skipping Geyser and Steam Spray.
