This is from the perspective of a Bots/FF/Heat Mastermind.  But I figure that the Controllers know the skill best.   I realize that Bonfire needs a KB->KD to stop the scatter.  Would procs like this go off a lot?  Do they proc when it is cast and then a chance every 10 seconds?

 

Bonfire    
 (A) Sudden Acceleration - Knockback to Knockdown
 (42) Force Feedback - Chance for +Recharge
 (42) Explosive Strike - Chance for Smashing Damage
 (42) Positron's Blast - Chance of Damage(Energy)
 (43) Bombardment - Chance for Fire Damage
 (43) Annihilation - Chance for Res Debuff  or Javelin Volley - Chance for Lethal Damage

This is largely what I have on my Fire/Nature controller (with the Annihilation proc), and a Bombardment - Damage instead of the Force Feedback.
