Speed Phase on WITHOUT Super Speed

I clicked to enter the mission.

 

After clicking but before loading I unclicked Super Speed, but Speed Phase REMAINED ON (as you can see).

Today this actually caused a problem, though it was easily solveable.

 

To replicate:

Have Super Speed but don't take it until high enough that it is not available when Exemplared down to level 1.

 

Be at least level 25.

 

Begin The Pilgrim's arc in Ourobouros.

Turn on Super Speed and Speed Phase.

Enter Mender Tesseract's mission Find cure for Outbreak plague.

 

Super Speed turns off but Speed Phase remains on, and since you can't turn Super Speed on and off again (because it isn't available) the only way to continue with the mission is to exit and reenter.
