Let Null the Gull adjust Praetorian Alignments too.

You probably couldn't do it as true alignment because so many mishes depend on your alignment in Praetoria, but like... I would just like the option for my Praetorian characters to continue to get the Going Rogue launcher and level-up screen.

You can still get the Going Rogue Launcher at least by using the -uiskin 2 option.  Open the Homecoming Launcher, go to Settings > Homecoming, and under "Extra Launch Parameters" add: -uiskin 2
