blinkyfish Posted June 1, 2019 Posted June 1, 2019 https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Inherent_Powers#Vigilance Can anybody fill me in at all on Vigilance? This wasn't a thing when I was playing (unfortunately). Is this affected by ED in anyway? Is this basically a case of you getting, say, 95% damage from enhancements after ED, and then an extra 30% (solo & lvl 20+) for 125% damage? Thanks.
Erydanus Posted June 1, 2019 Posted June 1, 2019 Yes. ED only applies to your enhancements. You can still get lots of other buffs, like fulcrum shift. You can still get to the damage cap. ED means you can only bring the first 200% (base + 100%) instead of the first 300% (roughly). See me on Excelsior as Eridanus - Whisperkill - Kid Physics - Ranger Wilde - The Hometown Scrapper - Firewatch - and more!
Rumors Posted June 2, 2019 Posted June 2, 2019 The damage counts as a damage buff, like, say, Aim or Assault. It doesn't count for ED, but it does count for the damage buff cap. Although that isn't likely to matter unless you're Kin or pop a lot of reds.
blinkyfish Posted June 2, 2019 Author Posted June 2, 2019 Thanks. That all makes sense, and was what I hoped was the case.
