This costumer has invalid parts

When I go into one of the costumes with the lock I see this:

 

 

Any advice?

Likely something was moved in the costume ordering.
It's not actually "invalid".  It's just that you need to fiddle the costume to reselect the item in its new designation.

It is reading an arachnos mace and I'm a dominator. I don't even have one of the arachnos. 

I shouldn't have that weapon slot basically.
