Fire/Elec or Fire/Time?

Hey Blasters!

 

I’m a “melee” main who is returning to the game after a few months away. I’ve always been envious of Blasters just demolishing a room, so I thought I’d give one a shot =P

 

I was looking at either Fire/Elec or Fire/Time.

 

Fire/Elec I’ve heard is one of the premiere “in your face” blapper combos. That could be attractive to me, since I’m mostly melee type player.

 

Fire/Time seems like it has some nice synergy though, with some -Regen that could probably help it melt AV’s.

 

Any advice or input on these combos would be appreciated! Also, if you have other power set combos that you feel make up a God Blaster, please feel free to throw them out there!

Fire/Elec is the most powerful+survivable blaster I've played.  Lots of mitigation with the KD in Thunderstrike and Force of Thunder, not to mention +rchrg triggers.  Roll it first.
