Can't Access Base

I keep getting a "Map failed to start" message when I try to access my SG base. Tried different toons and none of them seem to work. Have shut down and restarted the game to no avail.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

Likewise my base on Indominatible.

 

The only thing that we can do client side is wait for the map instances to time out and reset but I don't know how long this takes. If it persists then an admin will have to restart the relevant map server database instance.

Having this problem as well despite re-validation and re-log on Torchbearer. Seems to affect all my toons as well.

Do you have another SG on another server maybe that might work?

Having the same problem on excelsior. Multiple characters, my account and my partners. "map failed to start"

I filed a ticket and received a response pretty quickly. They're aware of the problem, will reset the servers today, and have hardware changes lined up that they anticipate will solve the issue.
