DP / Dark Type Defense cap minus Negative and Psi

This is a build I was working on. 

Victory Rush was tossed in just for another Endurance  recovery power.  

If I did the math correctly Panacea puts you at about 3.37 which is .30 short of the 2 point required endurance recovery. 

But you have Victory Rush, Touch from Beyond and Dark Consumption for Endurance boosting powers.  

From Incarnates you can go Agility to get you closer to the 2 point variance or go Cardiac to get you there. 

I couldn't figure out how to get any more procs into the build without loosing more defenses. 

Decimation chance for  build up when activated on MIDS is really showing some high numbers for Hail of Bullets. But it is one Proc per minute. I wouldn't be relying on it, I think. 


Was trying to go Smash, Lethal  and Range Defense cap with Max resistance in Smash and Lethal but this build was not conducive to getting those numbers with the sets available.  I know this works well because I have it on some Petless Masterminds and I am running 3/8 setting on them. 


But this is pretty good with AOE type attacks between DP and Darkness Manipulation.
