The Most Kickass Elec/Elec Corruptor

As the title says, I need the most uber Elec/Elec corruptor I can can get (yet I suck at builds).

 

Any Elec/Elec's out there that can help me out?

Ways to not suck at builds

• Research the forums here for posts discussing the power sets you are interested in. Search far and wide across all the archetypes too. 
• Learn about softcaps, set bonuses, and which procs let you stack up to 5, vs only one. 
• Find someone's impressive build post (usually followed by lively discussion downthread), and copy that build. 
• Research how PPM works vs recharge
• Start building in mids. Look at your totals, look at your bonuses. Rearrange until they meet your expectations. 

I drop all this in here, because typically people tend to share more when you make an effort to build on your own. Even just dropping a build on the forum with "wat u think?" is less likely to get a deep reply than "I'm really trying to do ____"
