Build request: Spines/WP

I can find a thousand spines/fire builds but it seems most anything else is scarce at best. Anyone got a mid price range spines/WP focused on survival?

Got one , not sure how good/expensive it is, very rarely played (i don't get the 'price range stuff' - everything can be got for free with merits or repeated runs of miss lib and lrsf although i'm pretty sure theres no hammis in this)
