Ice/Battle Ax/Arctic

Thoughts on my Ice/BA/Arctic tanker?  It was an Ice/Ice/Arctic build until I realized that I hadn't built an Ice/Ice/Arctic tank, but this one.

I made a couple minor changes to your build, boosting up your Toxic/Psi res (small orange will cap) your going to need it to get to those T4 Incarnates especially end game. Why did you take the slow res in fly? You don't need it, if you want you can drop Whirling Axe put in Chilling embrace and get the same set bonuses from Pacing of the Turtle, -dmg in CE is nice. Other than that its one of the more solid Ice/ builds I've seen in awhile.
