km/dark build request

Ok so I still have no clue how to export my current build from in game, but basically I wanted km for theme reasons and read that due to assassin strike is a bit better and dark is always great on my other ATs so went with it.  Does anyone have a good build for PVE i am not a pvper so thats not a worry.  I also went leaping and combat tp as travel and utility just cuz ever since live I have a big dislike for super speed and yes I know speed of sound or ss are typical on a stalker I just don't like em lol. Just hit 50 and he's not great not horrible with current build.  Used to brutes so not too happy with the s/l cap at 75 and def getting wonky in or out of hide to get reliable numbers on def but it is what it is. So after all that does anyone have some ideas of what a proper pve oriented km/dark stalker should look like lol. Thanks oh and I didn't take the gimmicky focused strike or the T9

I have taken one of my template builds (link in my signature) and just replaced some of the powers with your choices (Jump and Teleport). I ended up with 2 spare power slots for which i could not find a use. You can get rid of Hasten and have another power pool? i like hasten that is why i have included it still. also i did not pick the debuff auras of dark armor, because stalkers play very different than a tanker/brute. you do not outlast the enemy and grind them down in a war of attrition. you just delete them as quick as possible. but you have the option to take them. i would skip placate, even after the impending changes.Dark armor is not good on Stalkers because it is one of the old powersets that have endurance problems, rely on a lower resist cap and worst of all: no knockback protection.

Thank you both @Hyperstrike and @Croax. You have helped a lot. My current build is actually very similar to the one @Croax posted. I already knew Dark had end issues from my brute but haven't played a stalker since live and he was em/nin. Km is a odd set but its sorta growing on me lol.
