Lvl 50 Boosts, Retcons & Incarnate Recipes

level 50 boost is unnecessary, but respecs should be more available.  I can't really explain why, but remaking a character with different powers or whatever annoys me.  It's not even like these characters are all level 50's or whatever.  Sometimes I get to like level 10 and I'm like, "you know.. maybe (insert power) would be more appropriate to this character.", then a few hours later I'm like "nope.  I was wrong".  Moreover, I have a couple toons that I have 4 or 5 different versions of, and I have to settle for using names that I really don't like for some of them.

Technically all 5 of those characters can all use the same name because renaming characters is free and unlimited now. Just rename the character you want to play to the name you want to use whenever you log in.
