Not really a build comment, but elec/shield isn't as strong as you think on a brute because Lightning Rod/Shield Charge do no benefit from Fury.  They are a pet that makes an attack.

They get fury benefits but have 400% damage cap and use your AT multiplier. With just fury and enhancements you are almost there already and at  that point only the AT modifier matters. Tanker will hit harder than Brute with them when buffed kinda funny/sad. Really should be reworked.
