Nice ace in the hole, especially when you go down most of the way through the final battle. But it's maddening, sometimes having a cooldown of 60 minutes and sometimes 120. Anyone else seeing that? To be honest, I have the power on many characters but have never noticed the cooldown. I will make a note of it next time I self-destruct and rez. I went to Ouroboros all i got was this lousy secret!
