Elec/Elec Help or; Help mu plz

Help! Im trying to make a Mu themed Dominator so I can really embody my absolute, unabating hatred for the Circle of Thorns but I've never slotted anything that wasnt Mind/Energy, or Fire/Frost. Like, all im certain on is that Im definitely supposed to slot contagious confusion into synaptic overload for maximum chaos? I think?

Out of date? maybe but they are a good starting point i havent tried elec domi since last updates so i'm not sure if voltaic is a toggle now and should be taken. My old ( and current unrespecced) build is somewhere on link 2 i think.
