it's pretty straight forward , so idk why it gives you a headache. lol. 

 

the only recent change ive made is moving the chance for BU proc to BU and an end reduc. in focused acc.

Dominator can't have kin.  You can do Fire Control/Kins  or Fire Blast/Kins (Corr/Def)

You need to be more specific than that. Ranged what? Blaster? Defender? Corruptor? Dominator? Controller? Which powersets? JJ is talented, but I don't think he can read your mind. 😉
