Geode shards spawn at +6 levels

I am doing Lorenzo Tate's story line "An Unnatural Order". The mission is at level 29, I play it at +2 levels to match my current level (31).

 

When defeating a Geode, if it spawn Geode Shards, they spawn at level 35. They are the only DE underlings to spawn at a much higher level. This isn't just on one map. I've done three so far, and the Geode Shards are all OP.

 

This isn't game breaking, but it is head scratching.

This was already reported. The shards only have mobs of level 35+, so when the Geodes of lower level are defeated, they spawn the level 35s. We're waiting for a fix still.
