Alpha Vigor vs Cardiac question.

Looking at the description for the 2 Alpha Abilities, Cardiac and Vigor. I am wondering about the wording :

Vigor says it Increases Endurance Reduction

Cardiac says it Reduces Endurance Cost

 

Altho Cardiac says "Endurance Reduction Plus" dunno what they hell the "Plus" is

So are they doing the same thing as far as Endurance Reduction? And this is just a wording mix up/choice?

From what I can see in the detailed description they both appear to do the same thing

The "plus" is because Cardiac Core Paragon gives a bigger cost reduction than Vigor Core (or, for that matter, Cardiac Radial), 45% vs 33%.

I don't believe there's any other difference between them, despite the slightly difference wording, and that should be clear from looking at the real numbers (which both call it "strength to Endurance cost on self").

Vigor Core enhances heal (45%), accuracy (33%) and end reduction (33%). Cardiac Core enhances end reduction (45%), range (33%) and damage resistance (33%).
